Decalogue for a healthy lifestyle Jesús Delgado • Mariana Martínez You should drink at least two liters of water daily. You should have a healthy relationship with food. You should have a skin self-care routine. You should sunbathe at least 15 minutes a day. You should work out constantly and according to your capabilities. You shouldn't abuse of sugars and fats. You shouldn't ingest harmful substances such as alcohol or drugs. You shouldn't risk the nutrients your body needs due to trying to avoid important food groups in your diet. You shouldn't self-medicate, seek the help of a doctor. You shouldn't stay up for a long time.

  A Healthy Lifestyle A Healthy Lifestyle Delgado Maldonado Jesús David Generally, my lifestyle is irregular, however, I try to be consistent with important aspects such as physical activity and my mental health. I consider that they are fundamental in my life because they allow me to continue doing the things that I love. On the other hand, I do specific activities: walk my dog after I wake up, try to sleep seven hours a day, drink approximately eight glasses of water, meditate on my actions for at least fifteen minutes, eat balanced meals and stay at home.

  An Emperor in Modernity Greetings, my name is Octavio Augusto and I find myself playing in the largest sports center ever created.  I am living in the future to supervise the good teaching of sports. I have always been a fan of soccer and gladiator fighting (although I think the latter has been banned). I really like to come on Fridays to see Cristiano Ronaldo play, he is the best player in history.  It was nice meeting you, I hope we can continue playing sports.
