  1. You should drink at least two liters of water daily.
  2. You should have a healthy relationship with food.
  3. You should have a skin self-care routine.
  4. You should sunbathe at least 15 minutes a day.
  5. You should work out constantly and according to your capabilities.
  6. You shouldn't abuse of sugars and fats.
  7. You shouldn't ingest harmful substances such as alcohol or drugs.
  8. You shouldn't risk the nutrients your body needs due to trying to avoid important food groups in your diet.
  9. You shouldn't self-medicate, seek the help of a doctor.
  10. You shouldn't stay up for a long time.
