Generally, my lifestyle is
irregular, however, I try to be consistent with important aspects such as
physical activity and my mental health. I consider that they are fundamental in
my life because they allow me to continue doing the things that I love.
On the other hand, I do
specific activities: walk my dog after I wake up, try to sleep seven hours a
day, drink approximately eight glasses of water, meditate on my actions for at
least fifteen minutes, eat balanced meals and stay at home.
